What does SILLY mean in this case? My friend is native american and he told me he likes me but we are just friend. One day he said "silly we speak almost daily lol" I was little shoked what he said because I know the word Silly and LOl mean kind of megative. Doesn't he want to speak daily? or he doesn't mean it but he just realize? I think if you like me It is not silly to speak often or daily .

Not negative! It's used here as a playful name, a term of endearment. This person considers you to be his/her friend, so he/she is calling you "silly" as a little joke - saying you are silly to think that you don't talk with him/her very often. Another example: "I'm not sure if you want me to join you" "Don't be silly! I want you to come with us! " kind of like 哪裡的話!

Exactly as Ian says, 'silly' is affectionate. Also LOL is not negative.
