I've never heard about "이정도면 거의 마패 수준" Is this a sentence related to game? But I know what 마패 is. 마 means a horse. 패 means kind of card to show his status. 마패 represents government officials in the past It used to be used more than 100 years ago in Korea, In fact in Choson dynasty. In the past, horse was the best way to move for long distance. When an official move to one place to another place, he just show the 마패 and could borrow a horse.
