It's the Korean equivalent of scissors, paper, rock :)

Just we say scissors first. Kai=scissors, Bai=rock, Bo=wrapping cloth (Korean traditional one)

it's basically the same as 'rock,paper,scissors'
you say 'kai bai bo' and then choose one of the three (rock, paper or scissors)
rock beats scissors, paper beats rock and scissors beat paper
