What s the meaning of "what do you fancy?"

Your fancy can mean your wants, likes and desires. It's really not used all that often in English conversation. There is also the phrase, "Whatever suits your fancy." Just means what you are fond of.
For example, "Draw with whatever tool that suits your fancy for this piece of art."

what do you fancy= what do you like/want?
Example: What do you fancy like eating tonight?
I fancy a seafood pizza.
