La expresión correcta sería CORRÍJANME, con acento. (3ª persona plural del imperativo CORRIJAN + pronombre ME) más usual en América Latina y ciertas zonas de España (parte de Andalucía y Canarias) La palabra CORREGES no existe. En el resto de España se diría CORREGIDME (2º persona plural del imperativo CORREGID + pronombre ME)
