"I just got off work" and "I just got out of work" are both correct and are commonly used.
The one form that is incorrect is:
"I just got off OF work." - This is wrong. Avoid it.

Hmm...I think both are fine but it's much more common to use "I just got out of work" and personally I recommend the most commonly used sentence. For some reason "I just got off work" sounds a bit unnatural to me and I wouldn't recommend it.
