Take out "to you." "If" should be in lower case. The comma should come after "time."
"Maybe if I have some time, I'll come by tomorrow."

Maybe if I have some time tomorrow, I'll come to you.
If I have some time tomorrow, maybe I'll come to you. (this one's meaning is very slightly different to above and to yours)
