Aquí está su cambio.Puede quedarse con él. (quédese ccon el cambio) quedarse con algo conservar algo puede conservarlo ¡Cordiales saludos!

Puedes decirle "Aquí tiene el cambio, puede quedárselo". No sé en otros países pero al "cambio" en mi país (Chile) le dicen "vuelto".
