I know, it is a slang word for Christmas, but does it imply any additional meaning? Oxford dictionary says it's childrens' alteration

''Crimbo''... no H.
Nooo, it just means Christmas. I heard it a lot in the UK, but in Australia we usually call it ''Chrissie''.
