lean on me when you need a friend or whenever you need me, i will be there also your sentence is correct, i think what you mean is; i will be there when you need me, i understand what you mean, and it is correct you can use it with a good friend that you like and trust

It's grammatically correct, but it sounds creepy - as if you think that person will come only to you for help (and you'll stalk or emotionally blackmail them if they go to someone else). I'm also trying hard to think of a sentence that can be used in ''any'' situation. What are your thoughts behind the sentence? What's your intention?

Yes, this sentence is correct. You can use this sentence when you are letting someone know that they can come to you for anything. An example would be a parent talking to their child.

yes, grammatically correct but somehow it doesn't sound right. i prefer "i hope you can always come back to me", better if you put out the always though...
