Unfortunately, there's no "general rule" that applies to every Japanese pitch accent, intonation or tone. There is no rule for accent and intonation but all the teacher try to speak standard accent or intonation many of broadcast in the world but NHK world usually user English but some of Internet broadcast used Japanese many of the news are standard language but some of program is not if dorama of modan one usually use standard Japanese. If you can hear radio Japan that is standard Japanese Animation movie Which made by Hayao Miyazaki His film is most of case used standard Japanese.
