whats the meaning ?
what is the literal difference(meanings) between "the knowledge and so called knowledge" ?

Knowledge is understood to be correct. "So called knowledge" expresses doubt about the accuracy or usefulness of the knowledge. In other words, calling it knowledge doesn't necessarily make it knowledge.
