The Merluza is a fish from the sea. "A la Romana" is the way how you cook it. To cook a Merluza a la Romana, you have to put some flavor in the filets of the merluza. For this you use lemon juice, salt, garlic and parsley; then you have to put a the filets in batter egg with flour, the last thing you have to do is to put it in to fry.
Gazpacho: tipical dish from Spain. There is diferent ways to cook it in each zone of the country. Basicly is like a cold soup of vegetables. One of the soups have tomato, peppers, cucumbers and onion, all well-milled and with olive oil. In some regions, people put in to the soup bitter oranges and in other places well-milled almonds.
