in divehi  UTHURU means north
and  BURI means part ..

so when you add both together  it simply means 
North  Part  of that atoll.

buri is also is used as an informal slang ... it 's second meaning is BUTT :P

So my guess is that "Uthuruburi" means "Northern atoll".
