"As one vs As one man vs As one woman" I know that "as one" means "all together", but I came across that "as one man / woman" mean the same thing. Is this used when the group in question is only composed by men or women? I think this could be weird if the group was composed of men and women and one says "as one man / woman". Thank you in advance!

If you were going to be specific enough to emphasise it being a man or woman, then the group would only consist of that gender. If it's a mixture, just stick with 'as one'.
