__________ are lecturers.
a My both parents
b My parents both of them
c Both my parents
d Both of my parents
From my point of view. Both a and d are right. But test requires only one answer. I was wondering if any one can give me a right answer with reasoning.

A is incorrect. The correct answer is D, although I'm pretty sure C is also correct. What an annoying test!

"D" completes the sentence the best.
"A" is incorrect in writing as well as in speech.
You won't hear "B" used commonly, but can be used in conversation.
"C" is as commonly used as "D" in speech, but shouldn't be used in writing.
In writing, only "D" is correct.
