Yes they are correct, but you should change them a little bit.
I usually help my sister do her homework.
I usually help my sister to do her homework.
I usually help my sister in doing her homework.

It depends on the rest of the sentence.
*She needs help do her homework. -- This is not correct.
She needs help to do her homework.
She needs help doing her homework.
