We can use either "bold-faced" or "bald-faced" to describe a lie that is brazen (undisguised). You will also hear "barefaced" - meaning unscrupulous.

That is the way it is said. It is usually tossed up when one party tells an outrageous or audacious lie about another. Example: I did not cheat on my exam, that is a bold-faced lie.
