Hey!
"Got it?" --> Comprends-tu? /Est-ce que tu comprends? Tu comprends (Colloquial)? [Do you understand?]
"Yeah, I see." --> "Oui, je vois" [Yes, I see] / "Oui, je comprends" [Yes, I understand]. There's also: Okay, je comprends [Okay, I understand] (colloquial).
