Meaning of "peticito" in Spanish
In studying a Spanish podcast I came across this phrase: "...no soy tan musculoso y peticito...". I can't find a translation for "peticito". What does it mean?
Thanks.

"Peticito" is a diminutive form of "petizo", which means "short".
So the sentence means "I am not so short"
In case you are not familiar with the rule concerning the letter Z...
There cannot be a Z before an "e" or an "i". So when the case comes that a word is inflected in such a way that there has to be an "i" or an "e", then the letter C is used instead of the Z.
For example:
Lapiz, plural form "lápices"
I hope this helps
