It has many meanings depending on the context.
You can say: خليك، خليها، خليه، خليهم، خلينا
...etc.
Examples:
خليه يروح
=let him go/allow him to go
خليك هادي
=be calm/stay calm
خليك قاعد
=stay (can be used to a guest who want to leave)
هخليك تعمل الأكل
=I'll make you cook (force) or I'll let you cook (allow)
Hope this helps.

خليك or خلك can mean (be) or (stay)
For example:
خليك رايق = be cool
خلك رجال = be a man
other example: if someone is about to stand up to turn a/c on. Then you stand up instead and say: خليك .. that means you are saying stay please ill turn it on for you...

خليك you cant find this word in the modern standard arabic , but you will find it in the arabic dialect ( most of them ) . means " avoid " example :
خليه = avoid him or leave him .
and you can use it in another meaning like :
خليك معايا = stay with me
خليك هنا = stay here
خليه يرو ح = let him leave
