It means a picture of yourself. ^_^ It's spelled 셀카, it is a combination of the word 셀프 meaning self and 카메라 meaning camera. ^o^

yeah, it means "Selfie" : /selca/ (셀카) = 셀 of 셀프 (self) + 카 of 카메라(camera)
