"...달성키로 한.." 과"...달성기로 한.." 은 비슷한 뜻입니까? 뉴스를 볼때 우연히 이 표현을 봤어요. 2008년까지 달성키로 한 양국 교역 천억 달러는 올해 안에 이루어질 것입니다는 문장을 읽어보지만 내용을 대충 이해될 수 있는데 "달성키로 한" 이라는 부분을 잘 이해할 수 없을 것 같습니다. 잘아는 분들은 도와주세요^^

It's same meaning. But formally use "달성키로 한 -> 달성하기로 한" and there is missing this "기"
