when we add 세요?
1) 돕다===> 도와요
when we add 세요 ====> 도우세요 " found it like that in book"
but rule of 세요 :
verb ending with vowel +세요
verb ending with consonant + 으세요
but here why we didn't put 돕으세요 ???????
2)what the difference between:
매운 것 잘 먹어요? and / 매운 음식을 잘 먹어요?
제 쥐미는 영화 보는 것이에요 /and/ 제 쥐미는 영화를 봐요
thank you very much ♥

1) I think this one is an exception to the rule - someone else might be better at explaining.
2) Difference is "I eat spicy things well" (food is implied) vs "I eat spicy food well" (just replace 것 with 음식); "As for my hobby, it is (the act of) watching movies" vs "For my hobby, I watch movies" (same meaning)

1. 돕다 is irregular verb so ending ㅂ, ㅗ be change ㅜ consequently 돕으세요-->도우세요 (but! 돕우세요 is strange word)
2. 매운 것 잘먹어요? is same to 매운 음식을 잘먹어요? because 매운 것 is same spicy food
(매운 use the food)
(hobby is 취미 not 쥐미)
제 취미는 영화보는 것이에요 and 제 취미는 영화를 봐요 are not same because 제 취미는 영화를 봐요 is strange sentence that is alter the 영화보는 것이 제취미에요(watching movie is my hobby)
i am poor at English but I hope it will help:)
