Is there any difference between biking and cycling?
I just read a sentence: "Do you like biking or cycling?"

Biking implies riding a motorbike, although it could refer to a bicycle. Cycling is using a bicycle

I 'think' North Americans might use 'biking' for cycling. It is also often used more generally for riding a motorcycle. In Australia we'd more often say 'bike-riding' for cycling.
