Getcha is "Get You, understand" or "Get Your"
Gotcha is I got you, I understand.

Gotcha is like saying "got it." This confirms understanding. Example:
Tim: " Please bring me a diet Pepsi."
Jake: "Got it, one diet Pepsi."
Getcha is really only used when playing with children, and it means "gets you." This means I will grab you or catch you. Example: "Daddy will getcha!"
