Wish you a happy birthday? or Wishing you a happy birthday?

In speaking, we would usually say, "Happy Birthday", or " I wish you a happy birthday," "I am wishing you a happy birthday" is also correct. However, if you are writing on a card, you might just use the phrase, "Wishing you a happy birthday," and that would be correct, or you would use the same full sentences on the card.
