la truducción directa es 'disguise' , un disguise es para esconder la identidad real.
Un ejemplo:
His 'disguise' was not very good , I knew it was him right away.

I am certainly not an expert, but it seems to me that "disfrazado" is more often used to mean "dressed up as" than "disguised."
