somebody is on he line.Then he say it that to you what "get me up to speed".

It means to give that person the most current (or recent) information so that he is caught-up.

"Get someone up to speed" means to give information to that person so he is up-to-date on what is going on.
Example: "Please get me up to speed on this matter so I can participate fully as soon as possible."
