What times I should learn first? What is most common everyday times and grammar rules you use?

I don't understand your question. Examples of 'times:" 8:00, 11:00, 12:00, four o'clock, half past ten, six p.m. on the dot.

You mean "tenses". Most textbooks will start you off with simple present, simple past and present continuous tense. Of course, these are not enough for a proper conversation so you do need to learn all the tenses properly. But it's a start.
