I´m wishing to I am looking forward to being at the party. could this be rephrase by using wishing_ I am wishing to be at the party? The matter is that some say it is formal to use " looking forward to" in an email , so what alternative? Thanks

"I'm wishing to be at the party" doesn't have the same meaning as "I'm looking forward to the party." You could say, "I'm eagerly anticipating the party," but that sounds more formal than "looking forward to." I think "looking forward to" is fine, but if you want something more informal, you could say, "I can't wait for the party!"
