I would check out your local newspaper or classifieds or even online for English tutors. There are many people in communities all over the world who have either taken a teaching job or moved because of a job transfer that teach English for a fee. Also, you could take an English class at a local college. If your not wanting to pay, I understand this website helps you to talk to people online through italki. Find someone who is willing to talk to you over the internet(voice chat) that could help you out. If none of those seem fitting, you could always hang out around tourist places and try to engage in conversation with Native English speakers... there are lots of options!

Do you want to practice, or do you want to receive feedback? With language exchange, practice is easy, but critique/feedback may not be part of the interaction. This is what I do with my students. I record our conversations and transcribe them. I also record a reading from the net (news article) and critique their pronunciation along with my reading afterward so they can hear 1) themselves and 2) a native speaker. Use your library, iTunes, or Google to find accent reduction if that is what you are interested in. There are also materials devoted to pronunciation. Good luck!
