anata no kokuseki wa nandesuka? or you can say syuttushin wa doko desuka? (where are you from?)
nansai desuka? or toshi wa ikutu desuka?
tanjyoubi wa itu desuka?
doko ni sunde imasuka?
....ni sunde imasu
tumaranai
(totemo) tukareta
watashi wa kirei desu.
watashi wa kawaii desu.
onakasukimashita. anata wa?
nani tabetai desuka?
nani nomitai desuka?
douzo okakekudasai.
douzo ohairi kudasai.
gomennasai.
sumimasen

- nani ga nomenai no?

- sumimasen
- aishiteru yo!

I'm not so sure about some o them, since I still use many "dictionary-sentences" that sound weird in japanese. But hope this helps.
