Va haber : Suceso - Va haber una fiesta el próximo sábado
Va a ser:/estar: Estado -La casa estará sucia.

both expressions are used to indicate future. for example
El va a ser ingeniero = He will be an engeneer (become)
El va a estar en el colegio mañana = Tomorrow he will be at the scholl. (location)
Va a haber un partido de football esta tarde = This afternoon there will be a football match. (event)
