What is the meaning of "you're absolutely bananas!"?
I've been hearing this expression since i've been watching "bad girls club". Is this an informal expression? I don't know why, but I really like hearing this expression. It always makes me laugh. Bananas in an idiomatic expression? This is funny :)

:) this is a cute expression. It means "you are crazy" but in a nice way. It doesn't mean someone is literally mentally ill, you would use it when speaking to a friend who is doing something silly.

Example:

"I'm going to come to school dressed as batman tomorrow!"
"You're absolutely bananas!"
