Can someone explain me this term?
What 제 means?
What 과 means in this term 'cause I know that it usually means 'and'?

In the expression "제1과" or "제일과" the word 제(第, 차례 제) refers to "the order (in the content)", and the word 과(課, 공부할 과/절차 과) refers to "a chapter or process/section".
So "제일과(第一課)" means "the chapter/section one" or "the first section",

ex) 그 책은 제 것입니다.
but In this situation, as 'littlething' said '제 means 'the order'.
ex) 제1과, 제1장…

I think that 제 means 'mine' or 'my' in formal language, and 과 is a book or a chapter.
