Have you heard of Anki? It's a memorizing app that you can get on your computer, and you can enter in words and their meanings and quiz yourself. Every time you come across a word you don't know, look it up, and type in the word and definition and practice it later.

Keep reading! The more you see the same words, the easier it will become to memorize them. Also, you can make a list of the words that you see most often and try to practice them with someone.
