Could you clarify to me which variant is correct? "Answer me" or " Answer to me " "Answer my question" or "Answer to my question". Thanks for help!

Answer me Answer my question. but Reply to me. Reply to my question. Yep, no logic to it at all.

BUT you can also say "Please give me an answer TO my question."
