6:54 "to get him going ... so it seeps through the pores." (meaning, he pours the drink over his head so it is absorbed through the skin, instead of drinking it.)
7.04: Not sure exactly, something like "what's up, top?"

6:54-6:58: ""to get him going ... so it seeps through the pores" you shouldn't take the meaning literally in this context, since the guy is just cracking a joke about his friend Kawasaki, he claims that his overly addicted to red bull to the point that he would pour the entire drink at the top of ohis head and let his body absorb all of the fluid.
