O I love these blanket questions. It is so symptomatic of human greed - the desire for maximum gain with little or no effort.
The blanket question to end blanket questions is of course, "How do I achieve complete mastery of English instantly?"
The answer is also very simple, "Go to London with a lot of money." You'll found that you are perfectly understood and everyone will compliment you on your English.
