Is it both OK to say " The tuition is high" and " The tuition is expensive"?
Please tell me if it is both OK to say " The tuition is high" and " The tuition is expensive"
Thank you !
There is a cultural difference here. British English calls it "tuition fee", because "tuition" means "teaching or instruction". American English calls the fee "tuition".

They're both acceptable in American English. Note the cultural difference Ben pointed out.

I would say the tuition is high, not expensive. You could say the school is expensive.
