i hope you can answere my question.
how can i say "bless you"? (german: "gesundheit")
in Japanese???

Though we do not have a particular expression in Japanese to cast on a sneezing person,
"bless you" may correspond to "odaiji ni", which literally means "take good care of yourself",
as the person next you might be catching a cold.
