What`s the difference?

The difference is whereas "procedencia" means where something comes from, "origen" means where something were made. Both are synonyms in the most cases but there are some where you could see the difference:
- I was born in Italy. Then I moved to France.
My origin is Italian but my procedence is from France.

these words are the same, you can perfectly use origen or procedencia for explaining where something come from, for example:
the origin of the species= el origen de las especies, la procedencia de las especies
