The correct translation is "Eu sou feliz quando estou com você"
BUT, I would say: "Fico feliz quando estou com você" and I think that this is what you meant

I would have inverted the usage of the verbs " Ser and estar "
It would sound more natural to me: Eu sou feliz quando estou com você!

Ou ainda: "Fico feliz quando estou com você."
