Why are there so many joks on blonde girls?
Please correct my English first, and then answer the question. ;) Thank you!
I like to read jokes in English, for it's both amusement and a way learning English, and its language is lively (___ is there an adjective meaning the words or language being in use in daily life and being very expressive, but not in writing?).
I meet so many jokes on blonds and I feel puzzled because I love blonds so much. They are adorable in my eyes, though I've never been in close contact with one.
So why are so many English speakers keep joking on blonds? Or, what actually do you understand blonds to be? Is your understanding different form the definition in dictionaries?

Words and phrases mainly used in speaking ( but not in writing ) are called "colloquial" and if used only in very informal situations "slang".
Your question about blondes is more difficult. Most women in the UK have black or brown hair. There is a stereotype image of a blonde woman being attractive but unintelligent. This is of course wrong, regrettable and sexist ...
