I am learning Dutch myself, so I am not an expert. Here are some other greetings.
Hoi = Hi (hello)
Hallo = Hello
Dag = Good day
Also, with the other greetings you listed, you should combine the words. For example:
Goedemorgen = Good Morning
Goedemiddag = Good Afternoon
Goedenavond = Good evening
Goedenacht = Good night
You can also say "Welterusten", which means "Good Night", but I think you only use this before you are going to sleep. Hope that helps.
