o Vengan a visitar ...
o la dos se dicen?

Venga is singular and vengan is plural. I would definitely say 'Venga', this kind of advertisement are always directed to individuals.

Venga es conjugación de Usted.
Vengan es conjugado para Ustedes.
Aunque las dos maneras son correctas la más frecuente es Venga.
