What is a polite way to say "mentally ill?" I know 미치다/미친, but I didn't know if it was rude to call someone 미친사람. Is there a more sensitive way to call someone with mental illness?

mental illness means "정신질환" someone with mental illness means "정신질환자 or 정신이상자"
