UP!! ( university of the Philippines) You may also inquire in DLSU ( De La Salle University ) But that would be very contrast since Up is the cheapest school but the greatest. DLSU's tuition is much more expensive. But you may try. That' a good school. Students live in an apartment near their place. Some schools like UP offer rooms inside the campus walls. You may try in DLSL ( De La Salle Lipa) too...I've been seeing a lot of exchange students here and some of them are my classmates. Goodluck to you!! ^_^

UP/ UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES. its the best school!! some of the students go on boarding house, they rent there. but most of the students live in there place. i mean in there own house.

For me, it is the University of Asia and the Pacific.. You can inquire there.. Students live everywhere. They search for condominiums or apartelles. It is up to you. If you want you can also try the Maligaya Residence ,(which is very nice) in Quezon City. :)
