What is the difference between "sur la plage" and "à la plage" ?
Nous nous promenons sur la plage à six heure.
Nous nous promenons à la plage à six heure.
What is the difference between two sentences?

On marche sur la plage mais on va a la plage.

à la = AT the beach
sur la = ON the beach
So "à la" is general, it includes the ground and the air around it, like a 3D picture.
"sur" is like 2D: you mean your feet are touching the beach.
